Scott has built and managed businesses in the US and Canada for over 25 years and has held executive management positions for over 2 decades. As an expert in Operational processes, Strategy, and regulatory compliance he has been a part of successfully growing public and private companies. As a founding member of PennyMac, a $2 billion dollar market capital public company, he understands the challenges of both large and small organizations. Scott earned his BS in Economics and Corporate Finance from Fordham University in New York and has been a resident of southern California for nearly 30 years.
